You will use a full body pillow to support yourself while lying on your side. If comfortable you can start out laying flat on your back and then moving from side to side.

Please note - evening appointments are available on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at 5:30, these appointments are only for 60 or 90 minute massages, not 30 minutes. I apologize for any inconvenience; this policy is due to the limited number of evening appointments.
